Schedule for Holy Week at our Cathedrals

Next week we celebrate the holiest days of our liturgical year.  Holy Week begins with Palm Sunday. For those wishing to celebrate the liturgies at Saint Mary’s Cathedral Basilica in Halifax or St. Ambrose Co-Cathedral in Yarmouth the schedule is below.

Holy Thursday - April 2, 2026 
Mass of the Lord’s Supper: 7:00 PM (Last Supper Celebration followed by Veneration until midnight)

Good Friday - April 3, 2026 
Passion Service: 3:00 PM 
Stations of the Cross:  7:00 PM 
 
Easter Vigil - April 4, 2026 
Confessions: 10 AM-11 AM • Easter Vigil: 8:00 PM

Easter Sunday - April 5, 2026 
Mass: 8:00 AM • 10:30 AM 
No 5:00 PM Mass
