The Chrism Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 31 at 12:00 noon at Saint Mary’s Cathedral Basilica.
The Chrism Mass is held during Holy Week in every Catholic diocese. During this Mass, the priests, deacons and representatives of the entire diocesan community gather around Archbishop Dunn, who blesses the Holy Oils for use in the coming year. If you have been to a Chrism Mass before – or even if this would be your first time - save the date! Join Archbishop Dunn, the clergy, and our family of faith for this important and special liturgy of Holy Week.
