Pope Leo’s Lenten Message

This Lent Pope Leo encourages Catholics all over the world to fully enter into Lent as a time of conversion; a time to “place the mystery of God back in the centre of our lives, in order to find renewal in our faith and keep our hearts from being consumed by the anxieties and distractions of daily life.”

In his message the Holy Father reflects on listening and fasting and the importance of living these actions with intention during our 40 day Lenten journey.
