Thank you to the over 300 people who joined us on Saturday for our 2023 Assembly of the People of God! The McNally Theatre was alive with music, worship, and faith sharing. Inspired and encouraged by words from Archbishop Dunn and keynote addresses by André Reginer, co-founder of Catholic Christian Outreach (CCO), attendees focused on what it means to be missionary disciples and how to invite and accompany others on this shared mission entrusted to us by Christ. Attendees shared their journey of their faith in a small group setting and discussed how they can better walk with others on their own faith journeys.
Whether you joined us in Halifax, Kentville, Truro, or Yarmouth we’re hope you have a better sense of what accompaniment means, why it’s important, and more importantly how you can accompany those you meet.
Missed out on the Assembly? Or want to hear André’s talks again? Maybe you know someone who would like to know more about accompaniment. In the coming weeks we will post the links to the livestream recordings.
If you attended the Assembly we would love to hear about your experience! Please complete the participant survey that can be found here: www.surveymonkey.com/r/MSQ66M8
Let’s continue to walk together in this shared journey of faith as we proclaim Christ and make missionary disciples!
