The registration deadline for the 2023 Assembly of the People of God is THIS Friday, October 27. Are you registered? We hope so!
We all come along side others every day to guide, support, pray with/for, and help each other encounter Christ. This is accompaniment! And that’s the subject that we’ll dig into at the Assembly.
We’ve invited André Regnier, the co-founder of Catholic Christian Outreach (CCO), to be our keynote speaker. He has accompanied thousands of students and staff in their journey of faith and beyond for over 30 years. His experiences and lessons have helped developed CCO’s intentional accompaniment model used by over 80 missionaries across Canada.
And since we’re talking about accompaniment, why not invite others at your parish to accompany you to the Assembly. Past attendees have told us they leave the Assembly renewed and excited to share what they’ve learned at their parish. Imagine what could happen at your parish if a whole bunch of you went to the Assembly and brought back your experiences back to bear fruit in your community?!?!
And don’t forget: you can choose to take part in the Assembly in Halifax, Kentville, Truro, or Yarmouth. Pick the location closest to you …and we’ll see you at the Assembly!
When: November 4, 2023
Time: 8:30am to 4:00pm – The Assembly will conclude with Mass.
Where: McNally Theatre, Saint Mary’s University or one of the hosting sites in Kentville, Truro, or Yarmouth.
Cost: $25 (includes lunch)
Register now! Deadline to register is October 27!
