in the central and southwestern regions of Nova Scotia. This is done through a variety of media that includes print, electronic publications and website

Do you know about Our Daily Bread Outreach? This ministry has been serving people living on the streets in downtown Halifax for over 15 years.  Run out of the hall at Saint Mary’s Cathedral Basilica this ministry relies on volunteers from all over the Archdiocese.

On Friday, November 22 Veritas Catholic Books & Gifts will celebrate its 30th Anniversary.  The celebrations will begin with Mass at 12:15 at Saint Mary’s Cathedral Basilica with Archbishop Dunn presiding. A gala dinner will follow that evening at 6:00pm at the Italian Cultural Centre, 2629 Agricola St.,Halifax with guest speaker: Fr. James Mallon.

The Empowered Catholic Conference for Men committee is pleased to announce that there will be a men's conference on Saturday, November 16, 2024. Note venue change: Now at Saint Thomas More Catholic Church, 15 Caledonia Rd. Dartmouth NS.
