Exhibitors Information - Steubenville Atlantic

In addition to three days of amazing speakers, teens will have opportunities for worship, adoration, and confession, while enjoying fellowship with hundreds of other teens who share the same Catholic faith.

This opportunity to meet Jesus Christ is unlike anything your teens can experience anywhere else.

Tens of thousands of devout Catholics across North America will tell you their lives changed when they met Jesus at a Steubenville Conference.

Your teen will connect with their youth minister, their friends, and the universal Church in a whole new way.

All participants for Steubenville Atlantic must register with a group which means that there is no individual registration option. Group Leaders must purchase spots for each participant (Youth, Chaperone, Group Leader, Peer Leader). These can be paid by credit card at the time of purchase, or by cheque made payable to the Archdiocese of Halifax-Yarmouth.

Early Bird Cost (January 10, 2025 – March 21, 2025) $250.00* 
Standard Cost (March 21, 2025 - June 13, 2025): $270.00*

All payments are made through the group, there may be opportunities for fundraising, please contact your Group Leader for more information.

*Note that some groups charge more than the registration price to cover Transportation, T-Shirts, or other costs.

Dear Prospective Exhibitor,

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the Steubenville Atlantic conference, where high schoolers encounter Jesus Christ and leave as transformed disciples. At each Steubenville Youth Conference, teens experience a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ that ignites their prayer life, strengthens their faith, and empowers them to live on mission long after the conference ends.

Diocesan youth coordinators, youth ministers, priests, bishops, parent chaperones, and youth come to be refreshed, to network, to grow deeper in their faith, and to learn how share the joy of the Gospel with others.

The exhibitor tables are strategically located in the most popular area on campus during the conferences: right in the Lobby of the Dalhousie Arts Center. Here you may distribute free informational material only and meet prospective leads for your products/services. You and your materials will be accessible during the entire conference until the building is locked at midnight and reopened at 7 a.m.

The registration Process for Exhibitors is as follows:

1. Click the “Register Now” Button below
2. Select “Volunteers & Exhibitors Registration”
3. Select “Exhibitor Table Registration” and fill out the Registration form Only the primary contact person will complete this step
4. After completing this form, please return to the registration system and follow steps 1 and 2 and then select “Exhibitor Registration” All exhibitors at tables must fill out this form.

Deadline for application is May 30, 2025.
