Dying with Christ, Living with Hope

The Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops (CCCB), the Pontifical Academy for Life, and other key partners are organizing an international interfaith symposium on palliative care. Entitled “Towards a Narrative of Hope”, this symposium will take place 21-23 May 2024, in Toronto.
With the objective to educate and build a culture of social responsibility in palliative care, experts from medical, ethical and pastoral contexts will focus on translating insights from the presentations and discussions into concrete strategies of actions.

Let us pray for all church leaders as they continue to have these important conversations.
