Join Development and Peace-Caritas Canada (DP-CC) as a Social Justice Ministry in the Church

Are you passionate about Social Justice? Are you interested in making a difference in the world by providing alternatives to the unjust social, economic and political situation in the world? Do you want to engage with the Gospel (Catholic Social Teachings) in a practical way? Are you looking for a ministry in our Church to put your faith into action?

Volunteer with DP-CC!

Development and Peace is the official international development organization of the Catholic Church in Canada. Established by the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops almost 60 years ago, we are the Canadian member of Caritas Internationalis, a global confederation of over 160 Catholic organizations around the world. DP-CC addresses the root causes of poverty, oppression, and inequality by working with partners in the Global South and by mobilizing Canadians in the common struggle for justice and dignity.
